If I don’t get my system serviced annually will it still be covered by the product warranty?
Our product warranties require you to have your system serviced annually by Kingspan, or one of our approved service partners, to maintain your product warranty. This allows you to ensure that your system continues to operate as expected and remain non-polluting with minimal issues throughout its lifespan.

What is a sewage treatment plant?
A STP is a wastewater treatment plant, which processes raw sewage using mechanical components to aerate the waste in the chamber to encourage growth of bacteria to break down the organic matter in the sewage. This process purifies the effluent, which will typically be 97.5% clean (for Klargester BioDisc), and it’s then ready to discharge into local water courses, ditches or land drainage with permission from the relevant local authority (Environmental Agency, DEFRA, SEPA and National Resources Wales).
