How it works
From the day you join to every renewal after — here’s our promise to you.
Choose your cover
Pick the Bronze, Silver or Gold plan that fits your site. We confirm your start date, the equipment covered and your unique service contract number.
We plan your visits
Your required maintenance visits are scheduled in. We aim to contact you within 48 hours of any planned visit so you’re never caught out.
Expert engineers attend
Accredited engineers service your system, carry out a risk assessment, and leave you with a clear service report on its condition.
Priority support when you need it
Something not right between visits? Contracted customers are attended as a priority, with reduced labour rates and a dedicated account manager who knows your site.
Renew in a few clicks
When your cover is due, renew right here in the portal — by card, Direct Debit or invoice. No paperwork, no chasing, no gap in protection.
